About the role

Maximal is currently hiring for a Mumbai-based Operations & Client Relations position

Responsibilities include managing all operations work spanning account opening and management, accounting of firms and client's performance and revenues, overseeing the audit of the firm and its clients attending to all kinds of client queries

In addition, the said person will be involved in firm-level activities including SEBI compliances and certain administrative, accounting as well as vendor management activities

Job description

Onboarding of Domestic and NRI client

Manage PMS Operations activities such as client activation, redemption, & related Client Servicing aspects, etc to ensure smooth daily operations.

Manage the investment operations for Equity, Debt, and MF transactions

Tracking client billing schedules

Ensure timely Client and regulatory reporting

Handle Customer grievances and reporting

SEBI Compliance related work

Certain Firm level work

The ideal candidate

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft PPT

Should be entrepreneurial in nature with a long-term perspective towards career growth

Should have worked in similar roles (operations and compliance) and setups before

Broking, Depository Participant, and KYC-related experience will be an added advantage

Should have at least 2 years of total experience

Should have good written English and decent spoken English skills as well as MS Office skills

Should be Mumbai based

Should be highly self-driven and motivated with the ability to work in small teams
