Enlisted below is the main responsibility for this position:
Main Responsibilities And Task/Accountabilities
- Build and Deliver Planned Maintenance System (PMS) Database for vessels without PMS system on board.
- Analyse/Auditing of PMS data to improve performance.
- Continuous improvement of PMS system
- Review PMS policies, strategy, processes and guidelines.
- Regular Monitoring of PMS data integrity.
- Follow-up PMS Projects and co-ordinate with teams to reach the goal in time.
- Reporting progress on assigned tasks including predicted completion dates, problems and risks
- On-site visits based on request from vessel owner to review/implement PMS system.
- Prepare scripts, templates to automate PMS data update.
1.6 Qualifications & Experience
- Engineering background with sailing experience
- 2+ Years of work experience in PMS System and Processes if from sailing background 4+ Years of work experience in PMS System and Processes for non-sailing background.
- Project Management Skill
- Structured and result oriented
- Good Team Player/Leader
- Communication Skill
- International experience, preferably in the maritime industry.
- Positive, proactive and self-driven attitude, with the ability to work independently and/or in teams
- Quality and results oriented
- Ability to establish good and productive working relationship in an international environment
- A leader with the ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization.
