Job Description

  • Revenue/Cost Forecasting - ADL and FAM (Horizon)
  • PO Creations and tracking - Subcon / CCOW and NTCOW
  • Change Request Management
  • Demand Management and Onboarding (Including Demand Creation, tracking Demands, Demands fulfilment, etc)
  • Project Tracking - Application development projects
  • Reporting - Account/Program / Project level
  • Account Onboarding / Account Start-up activities
  • Invoicing and tracking AR
  • Internal Coordination - Follow-up with HMs / candidates / TA(HR) Team
  • New Resource onboarding / Exit Management
  • Ad-Hoc activities
  • Time bound delivery structure
  • Understanding of IT service Delivery
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent coordination skills
  • Ability to deliver on time
  • Positive Attitude and a go getter
  • 3 to 5 years of experience
  • Good skills on MS Powerpoint and excel
