Job Description

  • Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
  • Time-booking compliance ownership - Ensure timesheets are accurate, complete, and comply with company policies and client requirements. Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to timesheet submissions. Maintain an organized system for tracking timesheets.
  • Financial Management (invoicing, track account receivables, DSO)
  • Accurately documenting the projects creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the projects scope, budget, and justification.
  • Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
  • Project governance As-sold Vs actual
  • Management reporting
  • Demand v Supply Management
  • Overall governance at project and account level.
Preferred Skills Experience:
  • Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written
  • Intermediate to Expert level experience on MS Office (especially excel)
  • Financial and Accounting knowhow
  • Proven experience in timesheet management and invoicing, preferably in a multi-national organization.
  • Attention to detail, prioritization skill, and time management
  • Quick learner with a positive attitude
  • Well organized and able to work under pressure.
  • Team management
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
