PMO Lead will be responsible to handle all the end-to-end project management activities, co-ordinate with cross-functional teams, prepare management reports (MIS), highlight risks proactively, overall governance to ensure the project operations are managed smoothly on time and customer expectations are met.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
- Time-booking compliance ownership - Ensure timesheets are accurate, complete, and comply with company policies and client requirements. Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to timesheet submissions. Maintain an organized system for tracking timesheets.
- Financial Management (invoicing, track account receivables, DSO)
- Accurately documenting the projects creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the projects scope, budget, and justification.
- Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
- Project governance As-sold Vs actual
- Management reporting
- Demand v Supply Management
- Overall governance at project and account level.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Excellent Communication Skills, both verbal and written
- Intermediate to Expert level experience on MS Office (especially excel)
- Financial and Accounting knowhow
- Proven experience in timesheet management and invoicing, preferably in a multi-national organization.
