Regular Responsibilities will include
JIRA/Confluence administration
Creating/updating workflows, custom fields, and tags, for different issue types in JIRA
Creating various dashboards using different gadgets available
Regular assessment of the Timesheet data to see if they are on track
Collaborating with Practice Leads for Monthly Review Dashboard
Facilitation meetings with Project Managers
Applying automation in JIRA
Creating complex pages in confluence
Preparing multiple reports in Excel and JIRA and sharing them with stakeholders
Analysing the data for project metrics, resource allocations, bench, usage of non-billable hours etc
Coordinating/following up with different stakeholders
Participate in Project review calls, summarize, and update stakeholders
Usage of Microsoft tools (like Word, Excel, PPT, Visio), SharePoint, and Tempo.
