Job Description

  • JIRA & Confluence knowledge
  • a) Proficient in understanding of Jira tool & troubleshooting.
    i) Project creation
    ii) Workflows in Jira
    iii) Screen Schemes in Jira
    iv) Different Issue Types, custom fields, tags, etc
    v) Reports in Jira
    vi) Applying automation in JIRA
    b) Experience and knowledge of Confluence.
    i) Administration-level functions
    ii) Page Creation
    iii) Permissions
    iv) Space setting and creations
    v) Trouble Shooting
  • Microsoft Office
  • Excel Above advanced knowledge of Formulae VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Graphs
    PowerPoint Should know how to make presentations.
    Word - Should be comfortable making documents and using emails.
  • Timesheet Tool knowledge -
  • a) Usage of any Timesheet tool in a previous organization
    b) Understanding of what is Timesheet Compliance
    i) Understanding billable delivery activities like Requirement, Coding, Testing, Deployment, Production etc from a timesheet perspective.
    ii) Knowledge about non-billable/non-project activities in the projects and organization
  • Knowledge about Processes
  • a) Understanding of Risk and its framework applicable to projects
    b) Agile Methodology Scrum, Kanban
    c) Execution knowledge of Sprint and its ceremonies
    d) In-depth understanding of Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and its execution in projects
    e) Knowledge about Project management Lifecycle/SDLC

    a) Ability to work as an individual contributor requiring little supervision
    b) Likes to work in a fast-paced environment
    c) Effective communication & Interpersonal skills
    d) Excellent Learnability and attention to detail.
    e) Sharp analytical skills along with Problem-Solving ability
    f) Experience in using tools like SharePoint, & Visio
    Regular Responsibilities will include
  • JIRA/Confluence administration
  • Creating/updating workflows, custom fields, and tags, for different issue types in JIRA
  • Creating various dashboards using different gadgets available
  • Regular assessment of the Timesheet data to see if they are on track
  • Collaborating with Practice Leads for Monthly Review Dashboard
  • Facilitation meetings with Project Managers
  • Applying automation in JIRA
  • Creating complex pages in confluence
  • Preparing multiple reports in Excel and JIRA and sharing them with stakeholders
  • Analysing the data for project metrics, resource allocations, bench, usage of non-billable hours etc
  • Coordinating/following up with different stakeholders
  • Participate in Project review calls, summarize, and update stakeholders
  • Usage of Microsoft tools (like Word, Excel, PPT, Visio), SharePoint, and Tempo.
