About the Company: A Top Industrial Automation Company which is part of a Top Engineering Group
Requirements:
- 4+ years preferably in Consulting firms. Engineering Degree with an MBA from a premier institute.
- Experience of working with start ups and consulting firms with high growth trajectories. Competent in project / program management (PMO) and GTM ; has a background in analysis and analytics.
- Experience in fund raising and mergers & acquisition will be an added advantage. Exposure to consultative background in consulting firms or new edge cut technology start-ups.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare Strategic Plans based on inputs on strategy. Review the idea through an impact analysis from various dimensions. Review of functional projects having organisational impact.
- To prepare organisational MIS based on functional MIS for the CEO and Board. To liaise with external stakeholders such as customers, bankers and investors in order to understand their requirements from an organisational perspective.
- To provide information, data and the organisational perspective to functional heads as and when required.
- To represent the organisational perspective in various functional and business meetings and review the execution of strategic plans that sit with the functions and departments.
