Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a PMC Engineer (Pre Engineered Buildings) at Volta Green Structures in Hyderabad. The PMC Engineer will be responsible for design, manufacturing, and installation of pre-engineered steel structures. They will perform day-to-day tasks including project management, coordination with architects and clients, ensuring quality standards, and overseeing the construction process.
Our steel manufacturer industry is urgently hiring a talented candidate as a PMC Engineer. To drive the project as per the client requirements. You will be responsible for Progress, quality and cost management. And help the client in finalizing the vendors to complete the project within the stipulated time schedule and within the budget. You need to play active role in the project and depute your staff for the required roles and responsibilities to drive the project.

Job Responsibilities and Duties
Determine and define scope of work and deliverables
Predict resources needed to complete project
Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites
Draft and submit budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
Manage costs in order to meet budget
Provide direction over contracts and subcontracts
Manage construction schedule and activities
Issue progress updates as needed regarding costs and timelines
Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes
Select and manage subcontractor and supplier relationships
Coordinate efforts across entire project between architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors
Planning of work execution, monitoring the daily activities of construction.
Coordination with Client and Vendors.
Certification of vendor bills, material bills, Analysis of rates & non BOQ items, verification of estimated quantities, change order.
Drawing and design coordination.
Managing reports and necessary documentation.
Drawing and design coordination.
Vendor finalization.
Qualifications
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Good communication skills are mandatory
