Neoinfinit is currently involved in the Design and Execution of projects mainly dealing in Hospitality, Health Care, Huge Residential Colonies, Malls, Banks, Corporate Offices and Multi-Purpose Development.
Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed plumbing and firefighting system designs for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.- Prepare schematic designs, layout plans, and specifications in compliance with local codes and regulations.
Calculate pipe sizes, water pressure requirements, and flow rates for systems.
- Select appropriate equipment and materials for systems, including pumps, valves, and fittings.
Project Coordination
- Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate plumbing and firefighting systems with overall building designs.
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and installation of system components.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
Installation and Maintenance
- Oversee the installation of plumbing and firefighting systems to ensure adherence to design and safety standards.
Conduct inspections and tests to verify system functionality and compliance with applicable standards.
- Develop maintenance schedules and procedures for ongoing system operation.
Compliance and Safety
- Ensure all systems comply with relevant building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
Identify and address potential safety hazards related to plumbing and firefighting systems.
- Prepare documentation and reports for regulatory approvals and audits.
Technical Support and Troubleshooting
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams and clients regarding system design and operation.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance and reliability.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends related to plumbing and firefighting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Professional engineering license (PE) is preferred.- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in plumbing and firefighting system design and implementation.
Strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards, such as NFPA, IPC, and local building codes.
