Position Summary
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide in-house technical support to customers, sales, Distributors, field service and operations - 45%
- Provide on-site technical support to customers, sales, Distributors and field service - 10%
- Contribute to in-depth training for internal/external employees - 10%
- Technical testing, trouble shooting and problem solving - 10%
- Field Service deployment as needed - 10%
- Custom Systems Support - 10%
- Sample marking support, as needed - 5%
Non-essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
Regularly share internal and external feedback and trends with Product Marketing and/or Technical Product Management. Provide specific support to Product Marketing and Technical Product Management. Enter orders for internal/external customers as needed. Other duties as assigned.
