Roles and Responsibilities

Develop PLC and HMI programs. Test and validate for commissioning

Deploy PLC software and VFD parameters in machine and validate all functions as per Test sheet and maintain documentation

Make documentation for new projects

Study hardware datasheet for understanding of signal and programming methods

Provide technical support on customer end for troubleshooting and solution

Support in continuous improvement

Coordination with cross functional team for execution of project

Requirements of a successful candidate

Bachelor's or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Mechatronics Engineering

Minimum 3 years of experience in PLC, HMI program development, sensor interfacing, testing and commissioning

Skills required:

1. PLC programming (Siemens preferred)

2. HMI programming and visualisation designing

3. Understanding of control wiring

4. Knowledge of Pneumatic valves and circuit

5. Industrial communication protocols (Modbus TCP/IP, RS-485)

6. Knowledge of VFD parameters and working

Experience of automated conveying system programming and IOT applications is advantageous
