Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Quality Control: Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications. Implement measures to maintain and improve product quality.
2. Knowledge of QMS: Demonstrate understanding and application of Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
3. EHS Compliance: Enforce Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
4. SAP Transactions: Proficiently carry out SAP transactions within the production module to manage inventory, track production progress, and generate reports as required.
5. Supervision and Training: Lead and supervise production staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. Ensure team members are adequately trained on QMS, EHS policies, and SAP procedures.
6. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance productivity, efficiency, and product quality. Implement continuous improvement initiatives and monitor their effectiveness.
7. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production activities, quality inspections, and EHS compliance efforts. Prepare and present reports to management as required.
