Job description
Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
Oversee and coach employees- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
Check production output according to specifications
- Submit reports on performance and progress
Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements- Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
Maintain record of all raw materials coming to plant and maintain efficient safety regulations for same and organize all tools to increase efficiency of all activities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required
Previous experience in a supervisory capacity- 4+ years of manufacturing plant experience
Ability to create and follow schedules
- Organization skills and willingness to assume accountability for plant practices required
Ability to stand for long periods.
Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
