Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Operator at DM Aromatics in Raigarh. The Plant Operator will be responsible for plant operations, machine operation, maintenance, and forklift operation. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing the production process, conducting quality control checks, operating machinery, and ensuring the plant's smooth functioning.

Qualifications

• Plant Operations and Machine Operation skills
• Experience in Quality Control and Maintenance
• Forklift Operation skills
• Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
