Job Requirements:

Position: Plant Operator

Location: Additional Patalganga, Rasayani

Industry: Oil & Gas

CTC: As per Industry Standards

Work Experience: Preferred minimum 2 years

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, monitor, and adjust various production machines (e.g., mixing, blending, and packaging equipment) to ensure product specifications for oils, greases, lubricants, coolants, and brake fluids are met.

Perform routine quality checks, including sampling and testing products, and collaborate with the quality control team to address any inconsistencies.

Regularly observe instruments and meters to verify operating conditions, such as temperature, pressure, and flow rates, ensuring the correct manufacturing process is followed.

Track raw material levels and maintain production records to ensure continuous operation without disruptions.

Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment.

Maintain accurate production logs, equipment records, and submit reports on production performance and any encountered issues.

Skills Required:

Proven experience in plant operation, preferably in a chemical or lubricant manufacturing industry.

High school diploma or equivalent. Technical training in manufacturing or process control is a plus.

Familiarity with production processes for lubricants, greases and oils.

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.

Commitment to safety and environmental regulations.

Ability to operate and maintain manufacturing equipment.
