We specialize in Air Pollution controle Equipment Manufacturing and supply Management and Operations Management for various industries like Power, Sugar, Cement Steel and Phara industries Our office is located in Solapur, where we oversee the Manufacturing for our clients. We, Have advnce manufacturing facility at solapur, like Laser Cut, Press Shop, resitance welding, mig welding, Plasama cut and other conventinal Machining setup. Compnay established in 2023. Having 100 nos Manpower strength at solapur.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Plant Manager at The G Engineers Group - India. The Plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily plant operations, managing production planning, and ensuring efficient manufacturing operations. They will work closely with the production team to optimize productivity and quality. The role requires excellent leadership and organizational skills along with a strong understanding of plant management principles.

Qualifications

• Plant Management and Operations Management skills responsible to achive the Target of compnay.
• Experience in Production Planning and Manufacturing Operations
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
• Having positive approch to Manage the work force and Plant utilisation.
• Sheet Metal, welding and Engineering industry experince will be the added advantages.
