Plant Manager

Description

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Plant Manager to oversee our manufacturing plant operations. The ideal candidate will have 12-18 years of experience in a similar role in India's job market context and possess a strong understanding of plant management principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant operations and production efficiency
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Manage plant budgets and expenses to maximize profitability
• Lead and motivate a team of production supervisors, engineers, and technicians
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed
• Maintain and improve plant infrastructure and equipment
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of plant performance metrics

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• 12-18 years of experience in plant management or related field
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and principles
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage budgets and expenses
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
