This is a full-time on-site role as a Plant Manager at BNK Power Solutions Pvt. Ltd located in Lucknow. The Plant Manager will be responsible for plant management, plant operations, operations management, production planning, and manufacturing operations. The Plant Manager will oversee day-to-day tasks related to the operation and management of the plant, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Experience in the power or manufacturing industry
