PLANT AND MACHINERY HEAD
Education: BE in Mechanical Engineering
Experience: 10 to 15 years in plant and machinery management
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain all plant machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate with operations and production teams to minimize downtime.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations.
- Supervise and manage a team of technicians and maintenance staff.
STORES AND PURCHASE HEAD
Education: Bachelor's Degree in any field
Experience: 10 to 15 years in stores and purchasing management
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire inventory and purchase operations.
- Maintain accurate stock records and ensure adequate supply levels.
- Source, negotiate, and establish relationships with suppliers.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize purchasing processes.
