The purpose of the role is to collaborate with the Plant leaders to understand their needs & drive HR processes and policies which aligns with the business strategy.
Major KRAs -
- Assist with change management initiatives, including organizational restructuring, process improvements, and cultural transformations.
- Lead the annual manpower planning process, PMS, Training, retention, employee engagement, exit process & compliance of factories by collaborating with leaders and department heads.
- Partner with SME for effective HR service delivery
- Analyze HR metrics and provide reports on employee trends, attrition, and other key performance indicators.
- Use data-driven insights to propose HR strategies and effective decision-making.
- Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives that contribute to the achievement of business goals.
Criteria
- Exposure of Plant HR + HRBP role is must
- should have 10-12 years of experience
- Education - PGDM / MBA in HR
