Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.Developing and maintaining positive relationships with employees, management and labor unions. Strong knowledge of labour laws, Model Standing Orders, ID Act, Factories Act & Compliance under various statues.Maintaining relations with the government agencies for adhering norms including factory license, PF, ESI, Municipality taxes, pollution control, trade license, fire license etc.Should be able to handle Industrial Relations issues in the factory, such as Absenteeism cases related to permanent workmen.Handling all employee grievances, disputes and complaints.Conducting investigations into employee misconduct or violations of company policy.Covering the activities related to seeking, developing, and maintaining relationships with business entities. Participating in or leading projects focused on continuous improvement.Payroll Management for permanent workmenTraining & Development of Blue collarEngagement Activities for Blue collarEnsuring smooth functioning of welfare activities
Prerequisites: MBA in HR, 7-8 years of experience in Plant HR
