Overview
The Plant Head plays a critical role in the packaging industry by overseeing all operations within the plant to ensure optimal production efficiency, safety, and quality. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all plant operations, including production, quality assurance, and maintenance.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in production management within the packaging industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a manufacturing plant or facility.
- Strong understanding of packaging processes, equipment, and materials.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
