Manufacturer and exporter of a wide range of Textile Machinery is currently hiring Plant Head with expecting expertise in Fabrication, Machine shop and Assembly production Exposure.
Lead a team of production staff, including machine operators, assemblers, and technicians.
Provide guidance, training, and performance management to ensure optimal team performance.
Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement among team members.
Manage day-to-day operations of the plant floor, ensuring production schedules are met and quality standards are upheld.
Coordinate with engineering and design teams to optimize manufacturing processes and resolve production issues.
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement to ensure adequate supply of materials and parts.
Utilize your expertise in machine shop operations to oversee fabrication processes.
Ensure machines are properly maintained and calibrated for optimal performance.
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Oversee assembly line operations, ensuring efficient assembly processes and adherence to production schedules.
Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline workflows and reduce waste.
Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to verify product specifications are met.
