Key Responsibilities:

The Plant Head will oversee daily administrative operations at the Gummidipoodi factory, ensuring smooth functioning across departments including HR, facilities, and security.

The role requires implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency and compliance with all legal and environmental standards. In addition to managing the plant, the individual will act as the primary liaison between the company and local government bodies, ensuring the factory operates within regulatory frameworks.

The Plant Head will also be responsible for vendor management, including procurement, contract negotiation, and cost control. Strong relationships with local vendors and officials are crucial for successful operations.

Team leadership and management are vital aspects of this role, with a focus on performance monitoring and adherence to company policies. The individual will provide guidance and development opportunities to staff, ensuring smooth administrative workflows.

Qualifications and Skills: A minimum of 10 years of experience in plant administration and local liaisoning, preferably in manufacturing or heavy industries, is required.

Fluency in English, Hindi and Tamil
