Job Description:
To assist in the development and maintenance of integrated financial systems in order to provide accurate information to company leaders and appropriate regulatory agencies in a timely manner. To ensure the integrity of reporting by developing and maintaining a system of strong internal controls and through the development of appropriate measurements.
What You Will Do
- Finalization of Accounts.
- Preparation & Analyzing Monthly Financial Statements,
- Variance Reporting & Analysis.
- Proving influential information to Sr. Management for Decision making.
- Responsible of all Audits, Statutory , Group Audit etc.
- Preparation of Business Plan for all Plants and monitoring the same throughout the year.
- General Financial Reporting.
- Managed Daily Financial Accounting.
- Working with Plant team on variances & Cost saving Projects.
- Driving Cost reduction & savings initiatives at plant level.
- Lead Projects and analyzed data to identify opportunities for Improvements.
- Responsible for efficient and compliant completion of monthly reporting
- Quarterly and Annual Tax estimation
- Team Management
What You Need To Succeed
Chartered Accountant (CA) + MBA preferably.
12+ Years of Experience
Job Location: Baramati (Maharashtra)
Preferably from Dairy/ FMCG industry
