Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Plant Accountant at YAMAHA MOTOR INDIA PVT. LTD. located in Chennai. The Plant Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks including financial reporting, budgeting, tax compliance, cost analysis, and inventory management. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide financial insights to support decision-making.

Role : Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager/Manager

Qualification : CA(Qualified)

Experience : 1 to 6 Years

Offered : 30% Hike

Location : Chennai Plant

Job Roles

1. Responsible for plant accounting including fixed assets,inventory,purchase,Accounts payable,monthly closing,reporting and statutory audit
2. Knowledge on IND AS BS Audit, J-SOX
3. Ensuring accounting as per policies,Review all capex approval,control over DM Inventory and IDM Inventory
4. Control over material in transit
5. Accounting of all import transaction
6. Vendor payment control
7. Accounts payable accounting
