Role/Responsibilities

Co-ordination with Plant Personnel on daily basis for on time product availability.

Co-ordination with CQA, PDC & Site Technical committee for speedy approval of CCP.

Co-ordination with Distribution for Physician Sample & Institution Indent

Readiness of blank Production Plan in current Excel format for the next month.

Releasing of Export orders after checking the EPO requirement of Quantity as per batch size, clubbing of EPO's with other markets of similar product codes etc in case of Req less than batch size, artwork approvals, API status etc.

Data entry of Export orders and Amendments released in the EPO master.

Entries of Export Order Commitments as per the daily schedule received from Plant.

Updating Status of Low Inventory list of 0-30 List, 31-60 List & To be Short List.

Raising CCP & AIF for changes in Artwork / Transfer.

Preparing Sales Comparison sheet.

Follow with location for availability of Institution Indent & Physician Sample

Product List Updating Quarter basis.

Updating cumulative records of production receipt.

Preparing Plant vs Achievement on monthly basis.

Send advance intimation for material coverage to Commercial, PDC, Marketing & Location

Filing of export orders and other related documents.

Qualifications

BSC-IT

PGDM in Supply Chain Management

Experience - 1 - 3 years

Division - SCM - Planning

Location - Kandivali (W), Mumbai.

Candidate from pharmaceutical industry preferred.
