Job Title : Junior Officer/ Officer PPIC
Department : Production Planning & Inventory Control
Job Location : Kandivali - West, Mumbai
Reporting To : Senior General Manager PPIC
Job Role : Assist the seniors in executing the product plans in the given constraints. Also, have close co-ordination with plants, commercial team and multiple cross-functional departments to make sure timely deliveries of finished products.
Geographical Coverage : 7 own locations along with 8 loan licensed party.
Key Responsibilities :
- Domestic Production Planning through SCM module.
- of EPO's on the basis of TMD availability, validated batch sizes, CCP approval, BOM availability, etc.
- follow-up tracker files for Domestic as well as Export Business.
- with plant personnel on daily basis for on time product availability of sales as well as PS packs.
- status from list of products having 0-30 days inventory, 31-60 days inventory on daily basis.
- with distribution for shortfall of Physician Samples quarter-wise, further ensuring availability of PS for the In-House SKU's.
- with Institutional Team for institution indents & further follow up with plants for timely delivery of Institutional Indents.
- Change Control Proposal (CCP) for changes in artwork/ manufacturing plant/ pack style, etc.
- with CQA, PDC & Site Technical Committee for speedy approval of CCP.
- Artwork Initiation Form (AIF) for changes in artwork / product transfer, etc.
- up with PDC team to get artwork & packing BOM on time.
- sales comparison sheet on monthly basis.
- monthly MIS reports as per department requirement.
