Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Planning Manager to oversee and optimize our project planning processes within the transformer sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in production planning and project management, with a strong understanding of the transformer industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in planning or project management, preferably in the transformer industry.
- Strong understanding of production processes and supply chain management.
- Proficiency in planning software and tools (e.g., ERP systems).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective planning strategies to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain, to ensure alignment on project timelines and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to address changes or challenges.
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and optimize workflow processes.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies throughout the planning process.
- Lead and mentor the planning team to enhance their skills and capabilities.
