Planning Engineer

Work Location : Maldives

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop Project plans, schedules using excel or other tools such as MS Projects, Primavera, etc.

Preparation of Daily, Weekly & Monthly progress report for PISL & Client.

Develop Resource Plans i.e. Materials, manpower, P&M, etc.

Understanding of Architectural, Structural and MEP drawings.

Coordinate with Project team & Client to ensure timely completion.

Monitor Project progress and report on variances.

Ability to make presentations to Client and management on progress.

Collaborate with stakeholders to align project objectives.

Responsible for contractual correspondence including maintaining documentation.

Responsible for Budget preparation & managing projects budgets.

In overall sense assisting Project IN charge on all aspects of Project.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 8,819.39 - 62,701.16 per month

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus

• Tambaram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Planning Engineer: 7 years (Required)
