MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN HIGHRISE RESIDENTIAL1) Standardization of various MIS Formats and develop ERP Reports
2) Assist ERP Team for System/ Process Development
3) Prepare RFQ (Request For Quotation) for Sub-Contracting Items with Detail Technical Specification and Terms & Conditions
4) Prepare CS (Cost Comparision) for Sub-Contracting Items and take Approval from Respective Authorities (respective HODs & Director) as per Company Policy
5) Approval of Generation of New Items in ERP System
6) Vetting of Piece Rate Contract, Material Rates prior to preparation of System Orders
7) Reporting of T.O. (Turn Over)/ Work Done at Company Level on Monthly basis by 5th of every Month
8) Preparation of CV (Cost Variance) Analysis by comparing BCWP (Budgeted Cost of Work Performed) vs ACWP (Actual Cost of Work Performed)
9) Compilation of various MIS Report at Company Level
10) Identifying Training needs and ensuring that the Trainning is availed by all concerned personnel.
11) Documented Performance Feedback to be given to the Employees on Quarterly basis
