Project Scheduling, Planning, Updating Bar-chart and Weekly Tracking progress of Project using ERP and also Microsoft Project software.
Preparing Cash flows of projects using Microsoft Project software, Preparing Monthly Progress Report.
Directing Project Managers of respective projects to achieve planned target.
Micro level planning of Activities and Material Planning, Management for Projects.
Co-ordination with Estimation, Purchase, Contracting, Engineering Department.
Daily Monitoring, Preparing Daily Progress Report and Monthly Progress Report, Preparing Fund flows of project.
Directing Site Engineer, Supervisor to achieve planned target.
Site Co-ordination, arranging weekly meeting with contractor regarding targets
o Well versed with Primavera, MSP, Auto Cad, MS Office
