JD -Planning Engineer. Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules and budgets
that meet them.
Observing existing processes, analyzing staff performance, and addressing
deficiencies accordingly.
Monitoring and tracking project progress, and writing up reports.
Attending and scheduling meetings as required
Understanding and meeting all contract requirements.
Communicating with managers, supervisors, and the rest of the team.
Analyzing technical drawings and providing material and cost estimates.
Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budgets.
Preparation of Master Schedule and Look ahead schedule by using MSP or Excel.
Monitoring and reviewing all schedules and reports to be submitted to the
management.
Knowledge in SAP or ERP
Checking material requirement and coordinating with purchase team for delivery
BE Mechanical
Experience min 3 years
Good knowledge of SAP or ERP system
Proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft Projects
Knowledge of construction industry.
