Experience Level: 5+ Yrs.

Experience in Primavera P6 /Scheduling tool(But manager will give preference to Primavera than any other scheduling tool)

Experience Project Planning/Turnaround planning

Min 5 Yrs of experience in 5 Yrs of experience in Planning

Knowledge in SAP/Maximo

Computer skills is must because most times they will be working on keyboard

Good communication skills because they will be communicating with Eastern Region/US Teams

Any degree is fine but degree is must

Oil & Gas industry exp is must

Work mode is Hybrid(They can work on any 3 days they can work)

People from from planning will have exp in risks(Good to have)

Accountable for scheduling Maintenance activity to generate optimised, deliverable schedules in P6, providing a fully integrated schedule of nested activities in support of Optimised equipment downtime.

Resource levels the schedule in line with resource availability - build and maintain resourcing loading in schedule

Ensures non-core crew mobilization data is entered into the regional logistic system.

Reviews risk constraints and highlights non-compliant activities within the relevant scheduling timeframe and liaise with those responsible for execution delivery to ensure execution delivery can be achieved.

Consolidate, review, and publish all schedule data needed for pre-reads for readiness reviews that require schedule data to complete the review, across all time frames

Recommends when to execute functional activities based on functional constraints

Recommends solutions when functional or site/areas constraints are exceeded

Responsible for following Global Work Management and Activity Integration processes and standards and monitoring the agreed upon KPIs, taking appropriate actions to close the deviation from target
