Job Title: Placement Officer

Location: UCAM Mumbai Campus, Thane Mumbai.

Position Overview:

UCAM Mumbai Campus is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Placement Officer to join our team. The Placement Officer will be responsible for managing all aspects of the student placement process, including liaising with employers, organizing job fairs, and guiding students in securing internships and job opportunities. The ideal candidate should have excellent networking, communication, and organizational skills, along with a strong passion for helping students transition from education to employment. Candidates should be based in Mumbai only.

Qualifications & Experience.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).

Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, career services, or a similar role.

Strong understanding of the employment market and industry-specific job requirements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with employers and students.

Organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Proficient in MS Office Suite, CRM systems, and online recruitment platforms
