- Handling end to end recruitment cycle
Screening resumes- Finding appropriate openings for students in the market based on their certificates
Following up with candidates so that- on boarding process to be done on time
- Provide career services to students

Qualification: Degree/MBA with HR specialization
Language Proficiency:
- English: Professional level both in written & communication
Malayalam: Communicative level
Self-motivated and confident approach
Building relationships with companies & corporate coming for internships / trainings / placements.
Accompanying the students during interview at companies at various locations and monitoring their joining and Managing Training and related activities.
