What We're Looking For
Someone with 3+ years of experience in Germany placements (healthcare/nursing/vocational training sectors preferred).
Strong knowledge of Germany's healthcare and vocational training systems.
Experience with visa processing and international recruitment protocols.
Leadership skills to inspire and manage a high-performing team.
Bonus: Fluency in German (but not mandatory).Your Miss ionYou'll ta ke owners hip of the end-to-end placement process from preparing candidates to onboarding them in Germany.
