Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role as a Placement Officer located in Pune. The Placement Officer will be responsible for campus placements, communication with students and employers, career counseling, and providing training and education support in the placement process.

Qualifications

• Experience in campus placement and career counseling
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to provide training and education support

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include:

• Knowledge of the Automotive, Off-highway, Aerospace, Industrial Equipment, Marine and Defence, Information technology, Civil & HR sectors
• Understanding of placement trends and industry requirements
• Experience in recruitment or human resources
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
