Roles and Responsibilities:

• Drive the placement process for Alpha Delving students, ensuring successful job placements in relevant roles.
• The Major Responsibility would be to place technical students and provide them with technical job opportunities in Web Design and Development, Python programming, Excel & MIS etc.
• Build and maintain relationships with HR professionals and hiring managers across India.
• Identify and connect with potential employers to expand placement opportunities for students.
• Organize and manage placement drives, job fairs, and campus recruitment events.
• Collaborate with trainers to understand student skill sets and match them with suitable job roles.
• Maintain and update placement records and provide regular reports on placement progress.
• Strategically plan and implement initiatives to strengthen the placement pipeline and institutional growth.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 2.5 years of experience in the placement domain.
• Proven track record of placing students in reputed technical companies.
• A strong network of contacts within companies and HR professionals where candidates can be placed.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

Salary: From 20,000 to 50,000 per month (commensurate with experience).
