Develop and maintain relationships with a diverse range of employers to create job
opportunities for students.
Identify industry trends and hiring demands to tailor placement strategies accordingly.
Collaborate with academic departments to understand students skill sets and career aspirations.
Promote job openings to students through various channels such as career fairs, online
platforms, and campus events.
Provide career counseling and assistance with resume writing, interview preparation, and job
search strategies.
Organize and facilitate recruitment events, including on-campus interviews, company
presentations, and networking sessions.
Maintain accurate records of job placements, including tracking outcomes and conducting
post-placement follow-ups.
Lead and manage a team of placement coordinators and assistants, providing guidance,
support, and mentorship to ensure the achievement of placement goals.
Collaborate with alumni relations to engage alumni in mentoring and networking opportunities
for current students
Stay updated on labor market trends, industry developments, and changes in recruitment
practices.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of placement activities, making adjustments as needed
to enhance outcomes.Ability to lead and manage a team effectively, fostering a collaborative
