Build strong relationships with relevant companies to organize placement drives, job fairs, and industry-specific events to assist students in acquiring suitable employment.
- To initiate communication with the decision-making authorities of various organizations through LinkedIn, Email, and Whatsapp for meeting their hiring needs.
To build and maintain healthy relationships with existing and potential clients.- To work closely with the academic department of our institution to identify students preparedness for placements and internships.
Communicate with students to better understand their professional goals and guide them towards the right career path.
- Conduct pre-placement training, resume building workshops, and mock interviews to enhance students job skills.
Provide regular reports to the management team that include placement data, achievements, and suggestions for improvement.- Invite industry experts & organize guest lectures and networking events to bridge the gap between academia and industry.
Minimum 5+ Years of Experience in placement of students from colleges or similar educational institutions.- Strong verbal and written Communication Skills.
Strong networking skills and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including corporate executives and educational institutions.
- Good email etiquettes and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel as required.
