The Placement Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with recruiters to secure job opportunities for Business Management students.
Additionally, the Placement Manager will work with students to assist them in career development and placement preparation.
Qualifications
Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships with employers and students
Analytical skills to assess hiring trends and develop strategies accordingly
Experience in student placement or campus recruitment is ideal
Masters degree in Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with faculty, administration and other stakeholders
Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
