Grow Your Staff is looking for a Placement Manager for a Recruitment agency firm based in Toronto.The position is a full-time remote opportunity.
The role will have excellent growth opportunities. You will work directly with the team based in Toronto.
Experience required: 2-5 years
CTC: 12-15 LPA + Commissions
Location: Remote
Time: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST (Monday - Friday)
Responsibilities
- Sourcing/Recruiting Accounting and Finance Professionals for full-time jobs
- Business Development with existing and new clients
- Establish and maintain candidate and client relationships through meetings
- Meet and exceed sales/recruiting activity metrics on a daily/weekly basis
- Source and develop a talent network, matching candidates with opportunities.
- Screen, interview, and qualify candidates to meet client and role requirements.
- Advise and coach candidates throughout the interview process for better preparation.
- Develop job postings and advertise on online platforms and social media.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Provide feedback from clients to candidates post-interview.
- Conduct professional reference checks and manage employment offer negotiations.
- Maintain recruitment activities through the companys tracking system, setting and achieving performance goals, and ensuring high-quality customer service for candidates
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Business Administration (Finance), or CPA - CA, CMA, CGA
- Experience in Accounting & Finance recruitment
- Knowledge of the geography of the Greater Toronto Area
- Strong negotiation and sales/persuasion skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
