Roles & Responsibilities:

Coordinate with various companies and organizations to arrange campus recruitment drives.

Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners to secure job and internship opportunities for students.

Organize on-campus and off-campus placement activities, including pre-placement talks, interviews, and job fairs.

Collaborate with faculty and external trainers to provide skill enhancement programs in areas such as communication, technical skills, and professional etiquette.

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.

Develop and implement strategies to increase industry engagement and participation in university events.

Facilitate industry visits, guest lectures, and collaborations with industry experts.

Maximum Experience 12 to 15 Yrs. with same profile.

Skills:

Strong organizational and coordination abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with industry partners.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and database management.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
