Job Title: Placement Intern
- Duration: [3-6 months] Internship

- Reports to: Placement Officer / Manager
Assist in coordinating campus recruitment drives and placement-related events.- Communicate with students and alumni regarding placement opportunities, requirements, and deadlines.
Schedule and organize interviews, group discussions, and pre-placement talks between students and recruiters.
- Support in building and maintaining relationships with corporate partners, recruiters, and industry professionals.
Assist in identifying and contacting potential employers to discuss placement opportunities for students.- Gather and update a database of employers, recruiters, and job openings.
Help in preparing students for placements by organizing resume workshops, mock interviews, and skill development sessions.
- Provide students with guidance on job search strategies, resume writing, and interview preparation.
Address student queries and provide timely updates on placement progress and opportunities.- Maintain accurate records of placement activities, including student applications, interview schedules, and placement outcomes.
Compile and analyze placement data to generate reports and insights for internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all records and reports are updated and stored securely.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Enthusiasm for helping students achieve their career goals.
- Knowledge of social media and digital marketing tools is a plus.
