• Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Placement Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping students or job seekers find the right career opportunities and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Key Responsibilities:

Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to guide students/job seekers in their career planning and placement.

• Assist in the development and implementation of career services programs.

Maintain and develop relationships with employers, industry professionals, and alumni to create job and internship opportunities.

• Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and events related to career development, resume building, and interview preparation.

Provide support and advice on job search strategies, resume writing, and interview techniques.

• Track and analyze placement data to measure the effectiveness of counseling strategies.

Stay updated with industry trends and employment market conditions to provide relevant guidance.

• Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Placement Counselor or in a similar role.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Counseling, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Preferred Skills:

Experience working with educational institutions or career counseling centers.

• Knowledge of the current job market and industry trends.

Strong networking abilities and relationship-building skills.

Location : Coimbatore

Salary not constraint for right candidates.
