Job Description: We are seeking a motivated Placement Coordinator to join our Karve Nagar, Pune office. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1.5 years of experience, preferably within a training institute.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinate Placement Activities: Organize and manage placement drives and related activities.

- Develop Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with companies and industry partners.

- Guide Students: Guide resume building, interview preparation, and career counseling.

- Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of placement activities and generate reports.

Requirements:

- Experience: 6 months to 1.5 years in a similar role. Experience with training institutes is a plus.

- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Educational Background: A relevant degree is a plus.

- Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
