Responsibilities:- Finding out the placement requirements from the Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Diagnostic Centres, Clinics etc around Kolkata.
Visiting companies and getting the placement requirements.- Participating in Admission Selection interviews.
Taking classes on Work Place Readiness modules.
- Taking Personal Counselling's to students.
Documentation works.- Accompanying students while participating in interviews.
Maintaining Placements data/records (Employers and students).
- Good Communication Skills (English, Hindi, and Bengali).
- Strong knowledge/command over the placements industry.
- Willing to spend time in the community at grass root level on a regular basis.
- Education Qualification :
Graduate or Post Graduate
2+ years of experience as a Placements officer into Healthcare Industry
