Job Description:
As an Analyst in our Career Services Team, you will play a pivotal role in fostering
strong client relationships with the companies hiring data analysts and data scientists,
ensuring seamless communication with learners, and supporting the maintenance and
growth of our client database. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities:
1. Client Follow-ups: Engage with existing clients to gather feedback, address
queries, and provide support in a timely manner to maintain strong relationships
and enhance client satisfaction.
2. Learner Communication: Communicate effectively with learners to address
their concerns, provide guidance on career-related queries and ensure a positive
learning experience.
3. Database Maintenance: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
of client interactions, learner feedback, and other relevant data using Excel and
other CRM tools.
4. Lead Generation: Contribute to the development and implementation of lead
generation strategies to attract new clients, partnerships, and opportunities for
collaboration, thereby supporting the growth of our business.
5. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Career Services
Team as needed, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and
conducting research.
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to
engage and build rapport with clients and learners.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software for data management and
analysis.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
effectively.
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to team goals.
Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and handling client
information.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred but
not required.
