Job Description

Job Title: Placement Coordinator

Location: Andheri East

Job Type: Full-Time

The institute focuses on providing high-quality, industry-ready training at all levels for various individuals, from beginners to professionals. Courses include technical learning and hands-on experience in various IT domains.

Role Overview:

As a Placement Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the job placement process. Your role will involve coordinating between Company and Students to ensure successful and timely placements. You'll also provide career counseling, conduct interviews, and work closely with companies to understand their hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between candidates and employers to facilitate job placements.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates skills, qualifications, and career goals.
  • Match candidates with appropriate job opportunities based on their skills, experience, and interests.
  • Maintain strong relationships with partner organizations, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Provide career counseling and guidance to candidates throughout the placement process.
  • Ensure all placement-related documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of placements and provide feedback to improve future processes.
  • Stay informed about job market trends, employer needs, and candidate expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in placement coordination, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and job placement management software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Passionate about helping people succeed in their careers.
